Sweetly Indulge is a small business started by my friend, Andrew Gibby. Andrew approached me May 2015 to help redesign the labels for his homemade lotions and lip balms.

I ended up completely redesigning the lip balm labels. They were originally simple and we wanted to give them more personality. For each different label I created vector fruits and symbols to represent the flavors. The original logo was too light and was hard to read on the printed labels, so I redesigned it for the labels to pop out and be more readable.

After the new labels had been printed we had a product photography shoot. I only designed the lip balm labels, but Sweetly Indulge also has a line of lotions and cleaners. I really enjoy product photography and this was a fun shoot. Taking the photos is only half and setting up the scene is the other. I loved being creative and arranging fruits and flowers for each shot.

Sweetly Indulge has been a great project! I loved making this product more vibrant and colorful and sophisticated.
