Suave, Charismatic, and Charming Men

Men’s Fashion Shoot

Men are funny because they will never ask you to do a fashion shoot with them, even though they all secretly want one.  When I was looking for models for this shoot, I was surprised at how many guys really wanted to help out.  Unfortunately, the time frame didn’t work for most of them, but I was still able to work with the guys I had.

Men are a lot different to work with in fashion than women. You can’t exactly have guys do cutesie poses or flip their hair back and forth. Men want to be manly and I had to really think of how to pose my men so that they would look as manly and suave as possible.

The photos of the guy with the old Ford car were taken in St. Anthony, Idaho and the one of my friend Ian were take at Egin Lake at the sand dunes near St. Anthony.  The locations were perfect and I was able to catch the sun set.

My friend Douglas Phan helped me to choose the most manly photos. Since, he’s a guy he can relate a little better.

The Guardian magazine has an article on men’s fashion shoot and I really like the posing ideas. Check it out to see a unique style.
