2014-2015 Logo designs.
Logo design has been the number one graphic design job I get asked to do on a pretty regular basis. I began in 2014 and here are a few of the jobs I worked on.
Inspire the Desire
I came up with this logo for a school project, but I’ve actually come to really really like it. I named my first Pinterest Board “Inspire the Desire” and I’ve hung on to that name ever since. Owls have become quite trendy and I think they make a cute icon. The owl is a symbol of wisdom and inspiration.
Flyboys Marketing
Summer 2014 I did an internship with Flyboys Marketing. We designed websites for pest control companies in California, Kansas and New York. I mainly designed the logos for the websites along with icons and I wrote content. Flyboys needed a new logo as well and here are the sample I created.
Outdoor Learning Center
The Outdoor Learning Center is a place for learning at Brigham Young University – Idaho. It is an outdoor location situated at the base of the Teton Mountains. They held a logo design contest and I entered and won! They wanted a logo for t-shirts and promotional items. I actually created this logo in Photoshop. I illustrated the Tetons first and then added the text on top.
The Single Fear
The Single Fear was a blog that my roommate started. Her last name was Fear, she was 27 and single. She started the blog for a class and asked me to illustrate a logo for it. Here are the two designs I came up with and she liked the green circle logo the best.
Red State Vibe
Red State Vibe is a clothing line started by a friend of mine. He wanted a logo that had a retro-American feel. The logo needed to be simple so that patterns and designs could be placed inside it.
